"Servicio excepcional, el desayuno muy consentidor, los huevitos en su punto, buen salmón y carnes frías, los quesos de primera Juan del bar excelente servicio, en la recepción resolvieron todo y muy amables. La mejor vista al Lago Nahuel. Una experiencia que repetiríamos en mismo hotel, impecable, toallas y ropa de cama, aromas lindos y bien climatizado, el piso tibio en gran frío exterior. Gracias! "This is a nice hotel for the price. Great location. And clean. However, if you have a car I would suggest a hotel with on-site parking. The nearby parking station and street parking is a bit of an inconvenience. "

"The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please.
Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own.
No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there.
Kayaking available right from the hotel! What a plus! Unfortunately no single kayaks which is what I like, just two doubles.
There was a lot of condensation on the window in the room which created small pools of water on the window sill and we had to wipe the windows down to be able to see the gorgeous view.
In spite of the problems, and clearly improvements are needed, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!"
"The hotel was beautiful, located right on the lake. Our room was really nice, but the bathroom ceiling was old and crumbling, and the blinds were broken. There was also smell of sewage during the night. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she changed our rooms by the third night and offered us a free dinner at the restaurant as a compensation. The second room was lovely. The pool could use a clean up. But overall the experience was lovely and we got engaged there so we have a special place for this hotel in our memory now:)"
